Information

Protocols are being implemented to ensure the health and safety of everyone and the following applies to everyone regardless of vaccination status:  Facial masks are optional, No walk-ins allowed, if you have an appointment or curbside pickup wait in your vehicle or near the front entrance and text or call to check in.  Only necessary people involved with the appointment are allowed (no children).  Continued and increased proper sanitation especially in-between appointments will be done, everything that any party has touched is wiped down.   If you have a cough, fever, loss of taste/smell, feel ill or have been exposed to anyone who has Covid-19 within 10 days of your appointment DO NOT COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, I'm happy to reschedule it.  If you tested positive for covid and have mild or no symptoms you still must wait 10 days before coming in for your appointment.

New clients need to schedule by phone only.  Not accepting new massage clients at this time.  All other appointments can be made by email or text.   Allow a 24 hour response time for all inquires if made within business hours, calls on weekends will be returned on Monday. 

Please arrive on time.  Heather J. Skincare and Massage is a solo practitioner located at a private residence.  Stairs are required to enter the studio and cannot accommodate those who cannot use stairs.  Upon arrival remain in your vehicle and text or call, I will advise when you can enter.  If you are showing any signs of sickness DO NOT COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT and contact me to reschedule.  Please practice good hygiene and wear your mask throughout the entire time of your visit. 

Please CALL or TEXT at least 24 hours or preferably more before your scheduled appointment.  Please ask for details on cancellation fees, if you are ill there will be no charges and ok to cancel same day.  Not showing to a scheduled appointment w/o any notice will not be rescheduled.
